• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in the software distribution.
• Use Pigeon to generate spam, automated unsolicited bulk mail, or abusive communications.

3. Third-Party Services (Google & AI)

Pigeon interfaces with Google APIs (Gmail) and optional AI providers. Your use of these services through Pigeon is also subject to Google’s respective Terms of Service and API policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pigeon is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that email organization will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators of Pigeon and mycoolsedan.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or communications arising from your use of the application.

6. Termination

You may terminate your use of Pigeon at any time by uninstalling the software and revoking Google OAuth permissions in your Google account settings.
